After getting tired of living in physical pain 24/7, taking various medications that caused me to feel disconnected from the world, my body, and, worst, from the people closest to me, I decided enough was enough and started researching ways to live life differently.
If we wish to make a difference in the world, we make the most impact by embodying the change we hope to see. Like Michael Jackson once sang, "If you want to make the world a better place, you must look in the mirror and make a change."
